Bob Killick, PhD is a distinguished organic chemist who studied at Sydney University. With an impressive career spanning over 18 years at Unilever, a multinational company, Bob made a significant career shift in 1983 when he acquired the struggling Victorian Chemical Company.

Under his leadership, the company pivoted towards the production of adjuvants tailored for Australian farmers, pioneering products that revolutionized both the Australian and global agricultural industries.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bob cherishes his personal life most of all. He receives great fulfilment in his 64-year marriage to Judy and the legacy they've built together through their three children, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
